How to mail our wooden toys to you and our returns policy (not that you'll ever want to part with our toys) shipping policy Our handmade wooden toys are made from mostly Australian hardwood timbers, meaning they're robust and usually with a bit of weight to them. The great news for you is that we offer FLAT RATE POSTAGE! Just $8.95 for any size order. We do accept local pick up for anyone wanting to make the drive to Yarra Glen, VICTORIA 3775 (it's beautiful out here!!). In most cases this will not affect its intended use. If this occurs however, the product may contain small parts, and may not be suitable for children. How to best look after your new Once a Tree wooden toy customer care Our products are real timber and provided they are well looked after; will last for years to come. Wooden toys are not suitable for water play as the product will absorb the water and cracks and splits may appear as it dries. To care for your products, or remove marks made from little hands, a quick wipe over with a damp cloth and natural cleaner (ie; vinegar) should bring back the wood to its natural beauty.
