Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind on purchases.
Whilst every effort is made to use only sound dry wood, occasionally the rustic component of a product may exhibit cracking and bark peeling or flaking. In most cases this will not affect its intended use. If this occurs however, the product may contain small parts, and may not be suitable for children.

 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with an element of your product; we will happily repair or replace the affected component, just shoot us an email at hello.onceatree@gmail.com.   Photos are always helpful to see the issue at hand.
Damage as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
